Vendora Next accounts are issued by employers, not by users.

There is no sign-up inside the app. Your account was created by the company you work for or with (your “Organisation”), and the work records you create belong to that Organisation. That affects what can be deleted on request — see “What may be retained, and why” below.

How to request deletion
  1. 1
    Contact your Organisation’s administrator first — this is fastest.

    Whoever issued your login can deactivate or remove your account directly from the Vendora Next back office, usually the same day.

  2. 2
    Or email us directly.

    Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line Account deletion request, and include:

    • your full name;

    • the username you sign in with;

    • the name of the Organisation that issued your account;

    • a clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your account.

  3. 3
    We verify the request.

    So that no one can delete someone else’s account, we confirm your identity and check with your Organisation that the request is genuine. We may email you back to confirm details.

  4. 4
    We action it and confirm.

    Your account is deleted within 30 days of a verified request, and we email you to confirm once it is done.

What is deleted

When a deletion request is completed, we delete:

  • your user account and login credentials;

  • your profile information — name, email address, group membership and assigned permissions;

  • your active sessions and authentication tokens, so the app signs out on every device;

  • your association with your Organisation, ending all access to its work orders.

What may be retained, and why

Some information cannot be deleted on your request alone, because it does not belong to you:

DataWhy it is retainedHow long
Work orders, job photographs, job notes and invoice entries you submittedThese are business records of your Organisation, not personal data you own. They document completed property-preservation work and your Organisation and its clients may be legally required to keep them. Only your Organisation can request their deletion.Set by your Organisation’s retention policy
Check-in / check-out audit entriesPart of your Organisation’s work audit trail.Set by your Organisation’s retention policy
Security and transaction logsFraud prevention, security investigation, and legal obligations.Limited period, then deleted or anonymised
Residual copies in encrypted backupsBackups are written on a rolling schedule and cannot be edited individually.Purged within 90 days

If you want the work records themselves deleted, your Organisation must make that request — we act on its instructions for that content. We will pass any such request on to them.

Deleting data held on your device

Separately from your account, the app keeps a local cache on your phone so you can work offline. You can clear it yourself at any time, without contacting anyone:

  • Sign out from the app’s Settings screen — this removes your session and locally cached work data immediately; or

  • Uninstall the app — this removes all Vendora Next data from the device.

Photographs you chose to save to your device camera roll are your own copies and are not removed by either step. Delete those from your gallery if you want them gone.
